💫 Booking & Payments
How do I book a rental?
You can reserve right through our RentMy shop! Choose your package, date, and guest count, and we’ll handle the rest. Once your deposit is paid, you’re officially on the calendar.
Do you require a deposit?
Yes — a $50 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your event. It’s applied to your total balance.
When is the rest of my payment due?
The remaining balance is due 5 days before your reservation date. If payment isn’t received by then, the reservation may be canceled.
What if I need to reschedule?
You can reschedule once and apply your $50 deposit to a new date within 3 months of your original booking, pending availability.
🌦 Weather & Cancellations
What if it rains?
Welcome to the Oregon Coast! Drizzle and fog are part of the charm — we don’t cancel for those. If weather looks truly unsafe (heavy rain, high winds), we’ll connect and find a solution.
Can I cancel because of weather?
You can cancel or reschedule up to 5 days before your event if you’re worried about conditions. The deposit remains non-refundable.
Do you set up in high winds?
Safety first! If winds exceed ~15 mph, we may remove or modify large décor such as domes or umbrellas. We’ll communicate early if it’s an issue.
🚚 Setup & Delivery
Do you deliver?
Absolutely — delivery, setup, and teardown are included in every package. We handle the heavy lifting so you can enjoy.
Where do you deliver?
We currently serve Lincoln County, Oregon, including Newport, Waldport, Toledo, and Lincoln City.
Do you charge a delivery fee?
First 5 miles are free; then $4 per mile after that (up to 25 miles). Fees are calculated at checkout.
How far onto the beach can you set up?
We’ll bring everything as close as safely possible from accessible parking. If your chosen spot isn’t reachable, we’ll help you find the best nearby area.
🎬 Movie Night Rentals
Do I need Wi-Fi?
Yes — you’ll need Wi-Fi to stream. We provide the gear; you log into your own accounts (Netflix, Disney+, etc.).
Do I need power nearby?
Yes — please have a grounded outlet within about 20 feet of the viewing area. We provide a 20-foot outdoor cord.
Can I keep the setup overnight?
Yes, overnight use is approved on private property. Please bring the projector and electronics indoors overnight.
🪩 During Your Event
Can I bring my own food?
Yes! Bring snacks or décor you love; just avoid anything that might stain (no glitter or confetti, please).
What if we run overtime?
Unapproved overtime is billed at $75 for up to 30 minutes. Ask us early if you’d like to extend!
Can I smoke near the setup?
No smoking or open flames in or around the setup. A $100 cleaning fee applies for smoke damage.
